Project Summary: The present Internationalization Plan is in line with SO COOL’s Market Extension strategy, reducing the dependence on the National market and starting an ambitious but coherent and prudent internationalization process, with the objective that in 2020 the volume of exports exceeds 65% of the total turnover. With an interesting volume of exports and which already demonstrates its potential in the pre-project (45.86%), the Entity intends to invest in the development and international promotion of its current own brand and the brand to be created, in its internal qualification through organizational innovation, international marketing and presence in foreign markets through the prospection and participation in sector fairs, in order to increase the market share in the countries where it already operates and to enter at least three new markets totaling seven international markets in the post-project.
